A: Nothing. Our services are paid for as part of the vendor's transaction fees.
Q: Should I call the agent whose name appears on the sign if I’m interested in visiting a house? What about Open Houses?
A: Simply call me, your Realtor, and I’ll gladly set up an appointment as per your availability. Calling the other agent directly could lead to problems whereby he/she could claim to be representing you. Open Houses can be more spontaneous and involve visiting the house before ever contacting me, in which case you should inform the attending agent that you already have an Realtor (showing them my business card would be ideal).
